Cancellation Policy for Elite Physio Ottawa

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client in need of care.
• Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without prior notice, will incur a $40 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedules effectively and honor the time of our team and other clients.
